If heart attack and stroke is a man’s disease, why is it the #1 killer of women in Canada? The Heart & Stroke Foundation asked us to incite anger, and wake women up to the reality that too many of them are dying unnecessarily because of gender bias in the Canadian healthcare system. Our #TimeToSeeRed campaign became a rallying cry that ignited a 20% increase in donations and one of Heart & Stroke’s most successful fundraising campaigns in recent history, with an Effie to prove it.
