I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have met a very ambitious bar of soap in 2004. Over the course of 15 years on Dove, we not only helped shape Campaign for Real Beauty in its infancy, both at home in Canada and abroad, we introduced a fund that strengthened the self-esteem of girls, created a titanium-nominated, sold-out play for women of a certain age, produced a documentary in partnership with the CBC, cracked the deo category in Europe when no one else could, set a new standard for influencer campaigns, and led countless award-winning, PR-generating efforts that helped redefine beauty for women and girls.
