The film and media industry has a glaring problem. It's too straight and too white. And that makes everyone uncomfortable. Especially those of us who have benefitted from the privileges that come from being straight and white. So, together with POV, an organization that trains and supports BIPOC and LGBTQ+ youth with a desire to get into film and media, we cleverly devised a fundraising campaign that asks businesses to stop hiding from the problem. And start using the non-diversity of today to fund the diversity of tomorrow.
